Cloud 9 Videography is an up and coming company with a central focus: to give people a way to relive the most precious moments of their lives.  My name is Nate Lisa and I'm the founder of Cloud 9.  I graduated from Appalachian State University in December 2005, earning my Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media & Broadcasting.  Although I haven't been shooting weddings for the past twenty years, I believe that works in my favor.  I have a fresh knowledge of new developments in technology and techniques in editing, and take great pride in my work.

I shoot in digital format on miniDV tapes, and edit using a non-linear computer editing system.  This allows me to produce results that rival those of professional television and video productions, with all the bells and whistles you see every day on TV, including fades, dissolves, slow motion, B&W, letterboxing, etc.  I can add music of your choosing, and then print the final product to DVD or VHS for you and your family to enjoy for years to come.

I really decided to put this company into fruition after my sister got married.  I was still taking classes at ASU at the time and had little involvement in the wedding.  My mother hired the videographer, with the intentions of just having them shoot the ceremony and having me edit it together.  What she received, however, was a work that I could not even turn in for a class project without receiving a failing grade, let alone a personal video capturing such a momentous occasion in two people's lives.

I was upset that my own mother had to pay money for such a low quality product, and wanted to do all I could to ensure that no one else would go through the same ordeal.  Since then, I have taken on the task of salvaging all I can from the "bouncing camera" that is my sister's wedding video.  To me, your wedding day should be something spectacular, and considering the great cost and effort those involved put behind it, there should be no mistakes.  I ask you to please consider Cloud 9 Videography, as I will put meticulous care into making your wedding video something you will cherish forever.
